It explains how we use personal data when you contact us through this website, when you become a client, and when we contact limited companies about our website design and care services.
What we collect and where from
- Details you give us through our forms or by email: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and anything you include in your message.
- Business contact details, such as a business name, business email address and business address, from public sources such as company websites and Companies House.
- If you become a client, the information needed to deliver and invoice our services.
How we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver our services, keep records of our correspondence and tell businesses about services that may be relevant to them. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interests. You can object at any time.
Marketing and opting out
Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" to any message, or email enquiries@lintelstudio.co.uk, and we will stop contacting you. We keep only the minimum needed to make sure we don't contact you again.
Who handles your enquiry
Messages sent through our forms are passed to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and stored in our business email account with Zoho. Neither uses your details for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and prospect details are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers, such as our email and hosting providers, who process it on our behalf. If they process it outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and in some cases move it to another provider. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. Email enquiries@lintelstudio.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts.
